A research & product lab — est. 2026

AI that works for people, not against them.

01 · The problem

Most AI is built to take the job, not help with it.

The pitch is efficiency. The plan is usually fewer people. Skills that took years get scraped, packaged and sold back as a subscription.

We think that's backwards. The most useful AI makes the person using it sharper, faster, and more themselves. Just executing at a high level.

02 · Our principles
Couple comparing options with an AI assistant before deciding
▸ your data, your call
01

People first, AI autonomous

Our tools help to enable people to be better. AI-specific solutions are not targeted at job disruption.

02

Your know-how stays yours

What you teach the system belongs to you. We don't turn your expertise into a product that replaces you.

03

Private by default

Your work isn't training data. Sharing is something you choose, never something you discover.

04

Honest about what AI can't do

We say plainly where our tools fall short, so you know when to trust them and when not to.

03 · How the lab works

step_1 →

Research

We start with the people doing the work — what drains them, what they're proud of.

step_2 →

Build with real people

Early versions go to real users, not demos. Their feedback shapes every decision.

step_3 ✓

Ship only what helps

If it doesn't make someone more capable, it doesn't leave the lab.
