ChiefOS, Inc. ("ChiefOS Labs", "we", "us") runs chiefoslabs.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Private by default is one of our principles, and this policy follows it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Your location confirmation: that you are not in the EU, EEA, Switzerland or UK.
- The date and time you signed up.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To confirm your signup and send you a short confirmation email.
- To contact you when we have a product ready to try.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the site and send email, such as hosting, database and email delivery providers. They may process your data only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you ask us to remove it or until we stop running the waitlist.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@chiefoslabs.com and we'll act on your request promptly.
Who this site is for
The waitlist is currently open only to people outside the EU, EEA, Switzerland and UK, and to people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll let waitlist members know by email.
