Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about our products. It does not guarantee access to any product, or access by any particular date. We may close or change the waitlist at any time.

Who can join

You must be 18 or older and not located in the EU, EEA, Switzerland or UK. You agree that the information you give us is accurate.

Acceptable use

• Don't sign up anyone else without their permission.
• Don't try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Don't use automated tools to submit signups or scrape the site.

Our content

The site's text, design, images and the "chiefoslabs" name belong to ChiefOS, Inc. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is". We describe products in development, and plans may change. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ChiefOS, Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
